We're sorry but all gift card transactions are final. If you want to increase the gift card value, then a new transaction will be required.

Once you have received your email notification, you can view your gift card.
Simply enter the gift card number during the checkout process.

Lost Ape cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. However, if you have proof of purchase, contact us for assistance. If we find that your gift card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can issue you a new gift card for that value.
