• We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the time of delivery.
• You may exchange your item for any other product available on our website. If the new item is of higher value, you can pay the difference.
• Due to hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and one-piece swimsuits are not eligible for return or exchange. For bikini sets, only the top is eligible.
• To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to availability and are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.
• A flat ₹150 fee applies to all exchanges to cover shipping and handling.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear images or video.

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
